Free Options Signals

ForexChaser.com offers retail traders an unique opportunity: it opens the doors  the Foreign Exchange Options Market. The options market is usually seen as having a higher degree of complexity than the Spot market, but with a little guidance from our team, everything will sort out just fine.

There will be approximately 1 free Options Signal issued on a weekly basis, while 2-4 for ForexChaser.com subscribers. However, these numbers can vary depending on what the market offers.

Before checking out the latest Options Signal, first a short introduction into the Options Market:

Options are a special type of financial instrument that gives the buyer the right, but not the obligation to buy or sell an explicit asset (called underlying) on or before the option’s expiration at an agreed price (called the strike price). On the other hand, an option seller has the obligation to deliver the underlying assets whenever needed, but in return, the person who sells the option receives a payment (called premium).

It worths nothing that due to the unique characteristics of the options market, investors can trade the underlying’s price or volatility. When traders focus on price, it is called “directional trading”; when investors focus on volatility, it is called “delta-neutral trading”. Most of the trades issued by ForexChaser.com will be directional, meaning that we will keep the underlying’s price on the radar.

DetailsDetails: The bear put spread option trading strategy is employed when the options trader thinks that the price of the underlying asset will go down moderately in the near term.

Bear put spreads can be implemented by buying a higher striking in-the-money put option and selling a lower striking out-of-the-money put option of the same underlying security with the same expiration date.
